In providing these services, we maintain vigorous independence standards in appearance as well as in fact, and maintain tracking systems to ensure there are no violations. 

Services not provided by members of the MMB team, are available through our BDO Alliance. BDO Seidman, with offices in more than 105 countries, currently serves over 380 domestic, publicly traded clients and approximately 100 international publicly traded entities.  This firm has participated in more than 78 public and private offerings since 2005.  Working jointly with BDO, we are able to assist clients with their ongoing SEC filings as well as their public offerings and private placements.
